About Me

Welcome to All Things Womb, LLC!

We are so excited that you've shown interest in our services!

My name is Shaquetta, pronounced (SHah-kwEE-dah).

I am a wife and mother of 4. Two handsome young men with ADHD and 2 heavenly baby boys who God called home before we could spend earthly time with.

My Husband and I relocated our family from Florida to Georgia a few years ago. We were in search of a smaller, more affordable family-oriented environment that we could raise our family in. We enjoy family picnics, going to church, family vacations, outdoor activities and family gatherings.

I have worked in the medical field for many years. I started out as a Medical Assistant, then went on to pursue my Practical Nursing License during the pandemic.

I currently still practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia until I can run my doula business full time.

I have always had a passion for catering to women of all ages, especially underserved youth and expecting Mothers. I had an aspiration to become an OB/GYN as a child, but God had other plans for me. I now aspire to be a Certified Nurse Midwife and or the owner of a Full Spectrum Doula Agency with a Birthing Center. Going this route has allowed me to focus more on the wholistic wellbeing of my clients.

I made the decision to become a certified Doula early 2024 via ProDoula, an educational platform completely dedicated to training aspiring Doula's. Being a parent myself and experiencing firsthand the many different fazes and stages of pregnancy and birth, I am not new to the needs of an expecting mother. We are somewhat prepared for the physical changes of parenthood, but no one is ever quite prepared for the psychological and emotional adjustments that can come with parenthood.

That is where I come in. I experienced less than favorable birthing experiences and I want to provide the exact opposite for you.

By providing an outside perspective with knowledge of the most up to date evidenced based information, I can...

  • Help you create the birthing plan you never knew you needed.

  • Prepare you for what you may need for delivery.

  • Aid in your birthing experience by keeping you as calm and relaxed as possible.

  •  Assist in pointing you in the right direction if you have questions.

  • Provide emotional and psychological support with the ability to identify potential behavioral changes such as postpartum depression.

  • Help with alleviating stresses of sleep, eat and self-care depravity after delivering your baby.

  • Assist with light services such as laundry, meal prep and infant feedings.

  • Support with breastfeeding, breast pumping, bottle feeding or cup feeding.

I also have training in Menstrual Health in which I may provide...

  • Evaluation of flow

  • Identify abnormalities

  • Assist in tracking symptoms monthly to identify patterns

  • Suggest lifestyle changes to aid in improved menstrual cycle

  • Suggest herbal alternatives to ease symptoms of PMS, PMDD, PCOS, Uterine Fibroids, Dysmenorrhea and Endometriosis

  • Provide information for young women who have just began menstruating

  • Educate hygiene awareness and alternative menstrual supplies based on individual needs

In conjunction to the above services, I am also a certified Herbalist and can suggest herbal alternatives for each phase of the female reproductive system.
